1. Description of Service
TradeAI News is a market intelligence platform that monitors financial data sources and delivers AI-scored trading signals. The platform is informational only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
2. Subscriptions and Pricing
- Free — Basic access, no charge
- Basic — $29/month
- Pro — $79/month
- Elite — $149/month
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. All prices are in USD.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@tradeainews.com within 7 days of the charge.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or share signals or API data with third parties
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content from the platform
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms or scoring models
- Share login credentials with other individuals
6. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice
TradeAI News provides market data and AI-generated scoring for informational purposes only. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Trading involves significant risk and may result in the loss of capital. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAI News and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
